At Get With The Programme we are in the business of helping you reach your health & fitness goals without the need of starving yourself, buying into fad diets or shakes plus actually enjoying training and having fun doing it!
We are based in Bath and run outdoor Bootcamps, Kettlebell and Boxercise classes in different indoor locations as well as small group and one to one personal training sessions either in your home, our studio or in the great outdoors whichever suits you best.
Our Get Lean programme is designed for those looking to shift body fat & includes body fat measurements, before and after photos, cooking lessons and guidance with new recipes & food shops to make healthier choices plus 100% support and guidance along the way.
