GeeGee Fitness come & enjoy a full body workout. The sessions vary each week with a combination of Cardio HITT (High intensity interval training), HITT Core and Strength HITT. Our Classes are designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, spine stability and toning of the body.
The classes are at 10 am and take place at Beverley Park, Park View, New Malden, KT3 4AX
