Gary Lam Wing Chun Kung Fu Nottingham is home to Sifu Dean Pugh.

He began his journey under the instruction of Sifu Mick Yates. As a dedicated student, he took over and continued Sifu Yates' club gaining experience of effective, practical and concise teaching methods. Having trained Foshan Wing Chun for 17 years and achieving 6th degree black belt level in Derek Frearson's Master Lun Gai system, Sifu Dean Pugh is now studying and training the Sifu Gary Lam system.

Beginning in 2013, he began training the Gary Lam system with Sifu John Lobb in Warrington before advancing his journey directly with Grand Master Sifu Gary Lam at his home in Los Angeles.

Most recently, in January 2016, he returned to LA to train with Sifu Gary Lam for an intensive three month period. Training in the infamous back yard and the official Gary Lam Headquarters, he trained 7 days a week, accumulating over 600 hours of training and study.

The Gary Lam Wing Chun Kung Fu system offers a unique, structured system of learning that enables a student to clearly understand the Wing Chun system.
