Gannet Holiday Apartment

'Gannet' is an attractive, comfortable, self catering second floor apartment only a few yards from the sea front. It has views across tennis courts to Penzance promenade. The apartment has reserved parking, a balcony with a sea view across Mount’s Bay to St Michael’s Mount, central heating and wifi.

The apartment is suitable for 2 or 3 people and is personally supervised by the owners

There is a good size open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen. The balcony is off the lounge area, which has a Smart TV, DVD recorder and portable radio/CD player. A selection of books, DVDs, jigsaws etc. are provided.

The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, washer drier, dishwasher, oven, gas hob and microwave.

‘Gannet’ has a double bedroom, with a walk in wardrobe and TV, and a single bedroom. The beds are all made up for your arrival. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower. Towels and hair drier are provided.

There is a small, shared, outside terrace/BBQ area, together with a lockable storage space for surfboard etc. It is a very sheltered area, keeping the sun into the evening.

The holiday let apartment is very well situated for those reliant on public transport.
