I am a qualified Mindfulness teacher/practitioner.
I specialise in meditation, mindfulness programmes and both practice and teach energy healing,
As part of my mindfulness practice I use Tai Chi and Chi Gong as a discipline and run several classes in the local area.
I also offer individual coaching in person or via Skype.
I have devised mindfulness programmes for both groups and individuals.
