The Metafit bodyweight training system aims to boost the metabolism and burn fat. Its quite simple, 65%-75% of your calories are burnt at rest, so to increase this calorie burn you must increase your RMR (resting metabolic rate) The workout will push your muscles to fatigue and elevate your heart rate so that you carry on burning calories for 24 hours after the session. Metafit involves traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest interval and Tabata techniques for high energy, safe and amazingly effective workout lasting only 30 MINUTES , yes 30 minutes ! This 30 minute workout two/three times a week will benefit you more than spending hours a week in the gym. It will improve your core strength, posture, balance, help you lose weight and tone muscle. Simply put , the whole session is aimed at speeding up your metabolism, which will burn fat calories and help tone your muscles. It take 30 minutes and lasts for 24 HOURS .

It aint no dance class

For Example, everyone has a 6 pack, it just depends your body fat % whether or not it is visible, if you participate in this class, it will burn the fat away and help the 6 pack become more clear (without doing ONE SINGLE SIT UP) and you will NEVER do a sit up in any Metafit class . Your muscle definition will look far better with less body fat . Even if you don't want to lose weight or tone muscle, it is still one of the best ways to keep yourself physically fit and make you sweat like never before. The research done for this training course is phenomenal and the evidence that this DOES work and this is clear for all to see. The whole purpose of the Metafit workout is to push the body both in terms of muscle fatigue and heart rate to the limit in short bursts. We are trying to mimic that human instinct to ‘run for your life’ every muscle should be exhausted after the session in order for the body to send the post workout recovery into overdrive!

It's tough, that's why it works

Metafit is not a cardio class, so DO NOT PACE YOURSELF the whole idea is to work to YOUR maximum. The intervals are meant to be flat out and it is meant to hurt, that is the effect we are trying to achieve! 10-15 minutes of high intensity is plenty of time to achieve a metabolic conditioning effect, but only if you are working flat out ! If it feels easy, you aint working hard enough !
