G4 is the leading private health club in North Devon, the new, state of the art fitness centre is based in outstanding facilities in Bideford on the Daddon Moor Business Park, off the Clovelly Road.

Our friendly team is focused on helping and supporting our members in achieving all their health and fitness goals any way they can. Our team genuinely cares and takes interest in all our members and is known to be the most inspiring, motivational instructors in the area!

The centre is extremely spacious, light and airy (2500 square feet) with a comprehensive range of equipment suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Includes a full range of Pulse Cardio equipment with Treadmills , Concept rowers, Cross Trainers, Bikes. Along with great gym facilities, there are a Spin specific studio and a large studio with a variety of classes.
