G.Mitchard and sons is a high quality family Butchers.
All Meat sourced locally from our farms In chilcompton somerset and Glastonbury.
Our animals are farmed with pride by Dave Williams and paul Reakes two award winning farmers.
Over the years the business has remained in the mitchard family and is now being run by Brian,Barbara,Chris and sarah Mitchard.
We have won numerous awards for our sausages,pies,bacon and burgers.
In 1993 and 2013 we were invited to the prestgious Butchers Hall in London to
recieve awards for continued excellence.
In 2013 Chris was awarded best product in the south west for home cured gammon and went on to attend national awards.
From 1999-2005 our Pork Pies won best pie in the southwest...this pork pie competition was stopped in 2006.
All of our products and cuts are produced on our premises...Bacon,hams,pies,sausages,faggots.
We also offer a home delivery service within a 10mile radius of westfield...
Meat boxes can be ordered via our website or by emailing b.mitchard@btconnect.co.uk....these will be delivered anywhere in uk within 48hrs by specialist courier.
