My name is Franki Wilcock , I am a Reps qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness and Spinning Instructor with a Reps accredited Advanced Diploma in Weight Management and Nutrition. I run Ladies only Fitness Classes in Maryport aswell as offering Personal Training Sessions to individuals or groups of up to 4 clients.5 years ago I managed to lose 6 1/2 stone by eating healthy and taking regular exercise, this encouraged me to have a career change so I started FWFitness and Personal Training . I can provide exercise plans and nutrition plans to cater for specific needs and abilities, to help clients achieve their fitness and nutrition goals .All plans are individually suited to each clients requirements , offering safe and effective programs that get the required results.
