Here at Future Fitness 4u, we recognise that peoples lives are very busy with work and family commitments meaning getting to the gym can sometimes be impractical. Also, for many, the competitive environment of the local gym is very off putting and that’s why we are dedicated to bringing the gym and the personal trainer to you! About me, the trainer, Karl Mumford.
I have been a professional in the health and fitness sector for the past five years. For the first three years I worked within both the private sector and the NHS tackling individual and family obesity issues, teaching clients the importance of exercise and nutrition. This is something I can relate to having been an obese teenager myself. The last two years I have been a personal trainer and I have worked with many clients to help them successfully achieve their goals with great effect. Whether your goal is to lose or even gain weight, tone up, build muscle and gain strength, I can be there every step of the way with you. My clients also include those with disabilities including blindness and victims of a stroke.
