I have served eight years in the armed forces so I know what it takes to get in shape and get people fitter, i also have a boxing background and i am a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer, as well as qualifications such as Suspension training, sports nutrition, kettle bells, spinning, circuit training.
Also i can arrange 1-2-1 personal training sessions, depending on your own personal goals, whether that would be, fat loss/tone up, weight gain, muscle gain, strength gains, endurance, flexibility, posture assessments.
Educating you on nutrition and giving you a nutrition plan to help you achieve your goals.
