The Maidstone club is a club full of surprises! It is really quite unique in that in the heart of a club that has great fitness club facilities are 5 Tennis courts. During the winter 4 of the courts are covered providing all year round play. So if tennis is your thing then Freedom Fitness – Maidstone is the place to be. The club is not a leisure centre but a members club that permits casual usage of some facilities. The club boasts a Technogym of over 65 stations including an impressive range of cardio vascular with treadmills, cross trainers, concept 2 rowers, steppers and bikes. There is a large free weights area including Smiths machine, squat racks, benches, dumbbells and benches. There is ample space for stretching and floor work. The strength resistance machines offer an all body workout. It doesn’t end there! The club offers a large studio with Les Mills classes including Body Pump, Body Combat and Body Balance. Other classes include Boxercise, Step, Aqua Aerobics and Ab Attack. Indoor cycling is provided in a unique setting, ideal for a great interactive session. The club also has a fantastic pool with Sauna, Steam rooms and Jacuzzi. If you want to relax after a session then there is a lovely lounge area where you can get a drink, hot, cold or alcoholic and grab a snack while reading the papers or watching TV.
