Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a fast and effective method of addressing most kinds of emotional and behavioural issues. I can help you if you are suffering from depression, anxiety or trauma and a host of other conditions. I offer short courses of therapy, typically 3-6 sessions. Many issues can be addressed in a single session. Strong, unwanted emotional responses, such as loss of relationship, anger, guilt or regret. Many issues can also be resolved without the use of classical hypnosis by using modern psychological approaches such as EMDR / IEMT, EFT, or Havening instead.
