Mediation is a process whereby we will assist, as an impartial third party, those involved in a dispute to a dispute to communicate effectively to resolve their problem and arrive at a mutually acceptable solution avoiding costly and stressful court proceedings.

Our mediator is a qualified solicitor with over 25 years experience of civil disputes, family law and property law .

Please note we will not under any circumstances provide legal advice or opinion to any person using our service. Our role is to facilitate resolution by direct discussion and negotiation to enable resolution by the parties involved rather than having a decision by the Courts. In court proceedings one , if not both, parties will lose.The loser feels aggrieved and loses face the winner is often left out of pocket financially. Mediation avoids the win lose situation by allowing both parties to win by achieving a solution that is worked out by them, is workable, neither party loses face, relationships can be preserved or defined and it also saves on the substantial cost of court proceedings.
