Fowey Homes are a dynamic estate agent and letting agent in the very popular Cornish town of Fowey, specialising in the sale and letting of holiday property in this area.

Fowey Homes estate and letting agents at 17 Fore Street is uniquely located within Fowey due to its high profile window aspect. We face both Fore street and also look down Fore Street, with our modern LED lit property window cards the office is very distinctive.

Historically our building has been a butchers, a clock repair shop and a gentleman’s outfitters.

If you come into the office we have framed the original lease dating back to 1790 documenting the lease being transferred from the Rashleigh family to the Grammar School Trust (and showing the original stamp duty). At the other end of the historic timeframe (and probably more fun) we have a freshly commission piece of art produced by local artist Dino De Zorzi depicting our very unique for sale board and some happy buyers.
