Fourever Fitness

After many years of poor health (including asthma), much medication and being over weight I decided to take responsibility of my own health and make some positive changes. Three years later I have lost the weight and no longer have any need for medication - including my inhalers. I have run many half-marathons and three full marathons and am always in training for the next on!e!

I realised that if I could get away from medication and hospital waiting rooms by making some lifestyle changes then surely there must be many more people out there who, with some encouragement and advice, could do the same.
