IMPROVE FITNESS- Our children's classes provide fitness in the form of fun games and exercises, whilst in our adult classes we use a wide range of different aerobic and anaerobic exercises to develop every area of fitness, with a high focus on body weight exercises and plyometric training to develop lean muscle and explosive power.
LEARN DISCIPINE- We take pride in the fact that our black belt students are all fantastic role models to our beginners. We do not believe in forcing discipline through harsh instruction or punishment, rather we educate students on the responsibility that lies with being a black belt, and 'acting like a black belt' as beginners will follow good or bad behaviour.
