Established in 2015, Form Soft Tissue Therapy is run by Michelle Rollings. Michelle was a professional dancer for many years and towards the latter part of her career went on to perform as an aerialist. Any dancer's priority is the health and well-being of their body and regular treatment is essential to this upkeep. She has always had a passion for the body, love of movement and enthusiasm for a healthy lifestyle, and this lead her to the prestigious London School of Sports Massage to train in Clinical Sports, Remedial Massage and Soft Tissue Therapy under Principle Mel Cash and his team of industry experts.

Soft Tissue Therapy is not just for the professional dancers and marathon runners among us though! The benefits can be for anyone, especially those bound to a desk 8 hours a day. Postural imbalance and the discomfort associated with it, can be relieved by treating the soft tissues, addressing the underlying cause and working on those stress induced, hunched shoulders!
