ForEver Young is part of Fearn Fitness Personal Training and Health Centre. It was designed specifically for senior citizens to improve their general fitness, balance, co-ordination, flexibility and posture in addition to arthritis management. Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes. All exercises can be completed standing up or sitting down and you are encouraged to exercise within your own capabilities as every client is different. Coffee after each session is voluntary but having fun is compulsory.
