My story within the Forever family started in October 2016 when myself and my family moved home. It was a very stressful time.
I had previously run my own lingerie shop for 5 years when out of the blue my son at the age of 11 was diagnosed with some pretty major health issues. Upon finding out that we would have to attend many hospital appointments over the next few years the decision was taken to switch the business to online only (www.brasbriefsandmore.co.uk) and to move to an area where he would be able to access better support at school. We didn't move far geographically and the children (3 of them) settled incredibly quickly. Although the business move went smoothly I found myself out of my comfort zone and not knowing anyone apart from a few members of my partners family.

A week or so after we moved I joined a new running group that were starting the Couch to 5K program. Nothing too structured just a nice bunch of ladies that wanted to get out and exercise. It was the best thing I could have done at the time. My stress and anxiety levels were sky high and were showing in the amount of sinus infections I was suffering, 2-3 a month at the time. I met some lovely ladies and in December 2016 I completed the course after never having run before.

At this point I realised that the only way I was going to get faster was to loose some weight so in January 2017 I started the C9 course with Forever Living and in just under two weeks I lost 12lbs and 9 inches overall from my body.

A friend also recommended that I try the Forever Bee Pollen tablets to treat my sinus infections which were stopping me from being able to exercise due to them affecting my ability to breath properly. I can honestly say that they have changed my life.
I have dust, dog and pollen allergies as well as stress induced sinus infections and since taking Bee Pollen my reactions to these allergens has been greatly reduced and any sinus infections have been massively reduced, not just how many I'm getting but the length of them has been reduced too.

These simple, natural products have made more difference to my quality of life in the space of a few months than anything that I had been prescribed in 20 years.

So now my journey with Forever Living takes a new turn and I look forward to helping others be free of the things that hold them back.
