Forest Holme Hospice

Tucked away in the centre of Poole, Forest Holme Hospice is a centre of excellence in the care of those with life-limiting illnesses. We provide specialist help and support to adults in our community who are seriously ill. We don't just look after people with cancer; our expertise extends to other life-limiting illnesses such as Motor Neurone Disease, heart disease and respiratory illness.

Forest Holme is a 12 bedded hospice, but with thanks to our wonderful community teams we are able to care for those who wish to stay in their own homes. Each year we support 1600 members of our local community.

We need to raise £2 million over the next three years in order to continue providing exceptional palliative and end of life care.
