For The Love Of Cakes

Having been a keen baker since childhood, I have studied bakery at college and now I have learnt and am still learning (it is never ending) the art of sugar craft. There are so many cakes available. Syrup soaked vanilla or lemon sponges, chocolate, (orange/mint/white choc), marble, coffee. Light fruit with citrus notes, brandy soaked rich fruit, madeira cake, red velvet, orange cake, carrot cake (with or without sultanas/nuts/orange). Please contact me for a quote.
