Chiropractor treatments
Treatment will in the majority of cases include a combination of hands-on techniques such as joint manipulation, trigger point therapy, dry needling (western style acupuncture) and rehabilitation.

At your first appointment we will talk to you about treatment for your pain and the reason/ source of pain. Treatment can with your consent start that day and will initially concentrated on reducing pain levels and then will include rehabilitation to help in the future.

Sports massage
In addition to, or as a stand-alone treatment, we also provide sports massage treatments for conditions such as strained and sprained muscles as a result of physical activity, including those that are sport related.

Sports massage treatments are again hands on and are aimed at reducing muscle tension and removing muscle knots, helping the injured muscles recover and heal faster.
