Focus Pilates

Ashley Gregory is a Peak Comprehensively Certified classical Pilates instructor. Originally from Massachusetts, she began practising Pilates as a hobby in 2008 and was quickly impressed with both the physical and mental results. She left her job as one of just four instructors at an award winning studio to relocate to England in 2014, where she then founded Focus Pilates. She is passionate about helping clients achieve those same results through fun, challenging, and innovative sessions. She has also done extensive research into the benefits of Pilates through injury reductions for athletes who play contact sports, and enjoys working with both professional athletes and those who simply enjoy an active lifestyle and wish to improve their performance and reduce their chance of injury.
