As a small independent company, we are passionate about the individual role we play in supporting early years providers and families.

We provide expert support to families ranging from sourcing and employing reliable trustworthy childcare professionals, through to help with feeding and potty training. Our 'last minute' childcare service is proving extremely popular- professional childcare in the form of a nanny or ofsted registered childminder whenever you need it with no obligation to pay for set hours.

We provide bespoke packages and provide professional, affordable advice and practical support to suit every provider, from large day nurseries to individual childminders. Delivered by a graduate Early Years professional with 17 years of hands on experience you can be guaranteed to find a package to suit the needs of your provision and your budget.

Our recruitment support takes the pressure out of sourcing reliable, qualified early years staff and is one of our most used services.

Our packages cover all aspects of provision- from setting up, Risk Assessment, mock inspections and policy writing through to staff appraisal and developing communication friendly spaces.

You can choose to attend one of our popular training events or if you prefer we can provide training within your own setting to meet the needs of your individual staff team.

Our extensive knowledge of Ofsted requirements means that we are able to support each individual setting to achieve the best possible standard of provision and therefore best possible outcomes for the children they care for.

Sweetpeas 'Little Explorers' offer play sessions the Worcestershire area adopting a range of curriculum approaches including Steiner, Montessori and The EYFS.
