Flex & Tone & CC Burlex Fitness

Flex & Tone has been running successfully for four years now and last year introduced Burlex Fitness classes to the timetable.
If you are wanting to lose weight, become more flexible, tone up those dreaded flabby areas or simply want to try a new hobby and meet new friends, then this is for you.
No experience is required. Classes are suitable for beginners to advanced level of flexibility and fitness.

Burlesque Dance - 8-9pm

Advanced bookings for classes of Burlex Fitness and Flex & Tone are essential as spaces are limited.

Classes are paid in block bookings ( that's 90 minutes each week for 4 weeks) for only £22!

Burlesque Dance classes (8-9pm) are £4 per week
( only available for Burlex Fitness and Flex members)

A one off taster session class is available for £5 on the last week of every block ( space permitting)
