Our Drivers
All our drivers are friendly, smartly dressed with our own uniform and all have a very good knowledge of the local area. All of our drivers are also checked by the CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) to ensure that your journey is the safest and the most comfortable that we could possibly offer.

Our Cars
We use modern estate, saloons and hatchback fully licenced hackney carriages with spacious interiors ideal for local and long distance traveling. Our fleet also features 4 Mercerdes-Benz E-Classes. An executive car with full leather interior, air conditioning and plenty of space. Ideal for weddings and prom nights ect, where that touch of class is required.

Dispatch System
At Five One Taxis we use the latest Autocab system to ensure that we provide the most reliable and efficient service possible. Our central system tracks and monitors all of our taxis and every booking so that we can get a taxi out to our customers in the shortest possible time frame.

GPS Tracking System
All of our taxis are tracked using a Global Positioning System (GPS), each taxi location is displayed on screens in our offices and logged by the despatch system. The system automatically dispatches the nearest available taxi so that wait times are reduced significantly

Ringback Service
By now we are sure guys are familiar with this, our system will automatically call you back when the taxi is waiting outside. This service is completely free and works on both landline and mobile telephones.

Text back:
It is what it says we send you a text when your taxi is on its way. The text will show the make, colour and registration of the car along with the fixed price of your journey.
