At Fitter, Stronger, we offer a sustainable, realistic approach to exercise and nutrition that fits in with busy lives, in a luxurious, peaceful, rural location. We want you to maintain long-term improvement. We are not a quick weight-loss fix, so you won't be weighed or measured. During a typical weekend at luxurious Chewton Glen Hotel, Hampshire, you'll be guided on hikes, take part in cardio, bodyweight and core sessions to develop strength and stamina and unwind in gentle pilates classes, with our expert coaches. All exercise is scaled for individuals, according to ability and agility. We work with complete beginners, those recovering from illness and injury and those who have exercised all their lives.
You'll enjoy delicious, filling, nutrient-dense food, much of which is grown on site and learn how to keep your body efficiently fuelled, so it can serve you well in the future. And double Olympic gold medal winner JAMES CRACKNELL will explain how he fought back to full fitness following a serious head injury and join you for dinner.
