Fitter than Fit Muay Thai Bootcamp is a work out program like no other based in Bournemouth, Dorset. We offer classes that are affordable and accessible to people of all ages and any level. We offer different types of workouts involving martial arts and circuit training.

Each and every session is a safe, effective and a fun workout. No matter what your level of physical fitness, our instructors will ensure you get the best workout possible while releasing stress, frustration and tension in every class. We have Thai Boxing sessions nearly every day for those who wish to take it to another level. We have fighters competing at amateur/professional level and many more coming to just learn how to defend themselves or to just keep fit.
