Fitness Unlimited has been established as a top total fitness and specialist body building gym in Redditch for over 25 years.

Whilst specializing in fitness and body building we also welcome martial arts clubs to use our facilities, ranging from boxing to MMA and kick-boxing.

Our gym staff are all experienced, professional and dedicated to the members of our gym and are more than happy to help with anything they can.

Facilities:

The gym has both male and female changing rooms both with shower facilities. Stepping back into the gym we have a huge "Heavy Lifting platform, suitable for exercises such as the log press and a wide variety of free weights, benches, machines and cardiovascular equipment. Our martial arts area includes a fixed 6 x 6 meter "grapple ready" mat, a raised boxing ring and a mirror and bag section. Back at the desk we offer pre/post workout drinks, along with plenty of healthy refreshments and snacks.
