Right ladies and gents, This is my full health, nutrition and fitness weekender. The first one starts Saturday 1st February 2014 at 09:30am and finishes on Sunday 2nd February 2014 at 16:00pm. You will be out in the Peak District for the full weekend. All meals, drinks and snacks are included and will have been prepared and cooked by 'Nourish' (Sheffield's No.1 health and nutrition conscious restaurant). Once booked on you can choose from two healthy options on every meal. The weekender price also includes 1 nights accommodation and the following:
Fitness assessment
Team training sessions
Box fit session
Group orienteering field race
Circuit training
Nutrition seminar
Endurance march / run
Pilates / advance stretching
And much more...
The normal price will be £159 for the full package. However, as an introductory offer you can get all this for £139
