I qualified as a Personal Trainer in May 2013.
I offer 1:1 training sessions incorporating a full nutrition and weight management programme, which can be done in the comfort of your own home or outside. If you have a friend who is interested I could do 2:1 and split the cost.

£5 per person £2.50 juniors/students
Half price for first 2 consecutive classes.
Pay for 5 upfront and get 6th free - to be used within 8 weeks
