Fitness and Well-being with Beth King is a fitness, health and exercise provider offering a range of fitness classes, personal training services in both 1-2-1 and group training sessions, and nutritional advice.

I have worked in the fitness industry for 1 and a half years as a gym and fitness instructor. I am currently qualified to HND level in Fitness, Health and Exercise and I am working towards completing my degree in Sports and Exercise Science.

The classes I teach are: Metafit, Spin, Exercise to Music, Circuits, Kettlebells, HIIT, Boxing and stretch and flexibility.
I work with clients on a 1-2-1 basis taking them through a personalised exercise programme, offering half hour or hour sessions. I also work with people in small groups for those who wish to exercise with their friends or family.
From a nutrition point of view I offer a full nutritional analysis with feedback and advice.

I believe your fitness and well-being is in your hands and there are no quick fixes. It is all about working hard, keeping motivated and applying self-care techniques to maximise your potential and get the most out of your life.
