At Fitness Academy, We cover many aspects of physical training and controlling mental aspects which are involved. We offer Personal Training, Bootcamp, Boxing coaching, Self Defence coaching and Speed / Power specific training.

Before studying at Swinburne University in Melbourne, Australia to become a exercise professional, I had focused on my own sporting career in Athletics. After travelling the world with the Australian team, it drew me to want to use the experiences and opportunities I was lucky enough to be given, and give to people what I know to help them achieve their personal physical and mental goals, and beyond.

I have been a part of the Australian Institute of Sport and gained much knowledge of training methods, recovery and goal setting. As 'Fitness' evolves further and further, so does training methods, and one aspect I focus specifically on is, teaching yourselves these methods. As I am from Australia I've been very lucky that we have had such an advance and scientific findings into physical training that the rest of the world hadn't yet, so to be able to give you that, is my main priority.

Before moving to Scotland, I was involved with the Australian Military, specifically with the Australian Special Forces Commando Regiments.
