Fitness 40

In February 2017, Gary Lee and Liam Imray felt there was a gap in the market.

1-2-1 Personal Training is exactly that, personal, but we feel sometimes it can get a bit anxious and lonely for those taking part who are nervous about being in a gym.

With that we set up Fitness 40, an access all areas personal training package developed around a community feel. With small group sessions available 3 times a day, we believe this is the way many people will see personal training instead of in a gym environment.

We have our own personal training studio only accessible by booking sessions through us, so people know that they have our full attention, with no other members to worry about. Groups are constantly capped at 16, and with both of us there you are safe in the knowledge that you will get the attention you deserve!
