Fitclub Bootcamp

We run fit club Bootcamp to get you into shape no matter what experience you have working out. A fitness coach and team atmosphere all together in one place! Tuesday session 1 hour body workout, thursdays get weighed and measured if required & 1hour fitness session, fitclub offers nutritional and wellness advice, that incorporates Herbalife nutritional range, as part of the client wellness package. We offer our clients a wellness profile that looks at their body composition, offer advice on how to improve their nutritional intake, make changes to their lifestyle to improve their health and wellbeing, set appropriate goals and put together a plan to achieve them.
