The main steps for Auto-enrolment are:

1. Establish your Staging Date
2. Appointment of FCG as Nominated Contacts of your business with the PR. This ensures that all future communication is sent to us so that you can rest assured that your scheme is set up and remains compliant.
3. We then carry out a "workforce assessment" to establish which of your employees qualify for auto-enrolment and who must be registered into a scheme subject to their right to opt-out.
4. Communication with your employees
5. Choosing and setting up a scheme
6. Registering those of your employees who qualify for automatic enrolment
7. Completing your Declaration of Compliance
8. PR compliance support to ensure that as and when you are audited by the PR not only is all of your documentation in order but you are also represented at any interview/hearing.
