Major news - I am pleased to announce that my purpose built Personal and group training gym in the beautiful Stratford upon Avon countryside is finally complete and fully operational. We already are up to ten classes a week including specific golf and ski classes as well as boxing and three different types of Martial Arts. As well as the brand new gym we have a cafe,bar, restaurant and golf club! I could say a lot more but it’s a lot easier to check out the web site. I am now based here full time with my team of three instructors. I do have some availability for personal training so please get in touch if you would like to discuss.
