FIGHT KLUB Colchester

FIGHT KLUB is the high-intensity, fun workout that everybody’s talking about! Set to drum & bass music, the program is a combination of boxing, kickboxing and Thai boxing.

The workouts are built around a freestanding professional grade punch bag. You’ll be using simple combinations of kicks and punches whilst keeping time with the high energy beat.

FIGHT KLUB Colchester is run by instructor Carrie Grant, who fell in love with the concept and, with sheer determination and the support of loving family members, brought the franchise to Brightlingsea, followed by Colchester and our sister group, Clacton: https://www.facebook.com/fightklubclacton/
