Peter has spent over 25 years in the wine business and enjoys a reputation as one of the leading wine experts in the North of England and works hard to ensure that Field and Fawcett clients are supplied with only the best wines whatever their budget.

He thrives on sourcing new wines, negotiating the best offers for his clients and supplying some of the best hotels and restaurants around the country. Their shop at Bingley House Farm, Grimston Bar, provides a range of quality wines, champagnes and spirits to suit all budgets and provides an over the counter service, by the bottle or the case.

Their website provides the opportunity for clients from further afield to order on line. It offers a selection of notes on the different wines stocked and provides a simple online ordering service.
