I`m a movement expert, Feldenkrais practitioner and can help you improve your mind/body function and coordination which will create the right condition for efficient, lasting and adaptable body changes and improved motor control. I work with people from all age groups diagnosed with CP, brain injuries, RSI, Parkinson’s, Stroke, brachial plexus, torticollis.
I teach performing artists, yoga and Pilates teachers and sports enthusiasts of all levels. If you need help to deal with the mobility issues after an operation or injury or simply understand the set of exercises you were given by your doctor I can help with that. I can help you restore your mobility and find better stability.
