I am salon based however I do offer certain treatments mobile in Eastbourne, Hailsham, Lewes, Bexhill, Hastings, Seaford & Brighton.

✨ Cancellation Policy ✨

If you cannot attend your appointment please notify me by either phone, text or message via social media at least 24hrs before your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.

Failure to notify or show up to your appointment means you will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price which will be due at your next appointment.

If you're running late (these things happen) please let me know, your appointment will stay open for 10 minutes over the original time before it is treated as a no show.

If your treatment is complimentary due to a competition or goodwill and you fail to comply with the cancellation policy you will no longer be entitled to the treatment.
