FCC Football Academy provide local players with high quality coaching and development above all else.

We also offer players a direct route into professional football and the opportunity to play in Development matches against other clubs and academies.

We are extremely passionate about the standards we set, and as such all of our staff have been handpicked because of their level of coaching as we believe they are the best around and they also work for and/or scout for clubs in the Premiership and Football League.

The Development of football and children is paramount to Football Careers Centre.

Our Staff:

Academy Manager - Kem Izzet
Kem is former Colchester United captain who made over 450 appearances in 12 years at the club after starting his career at Charlton.

Head of Recruitment - Jon Willis
Jon spent time as a player at pro clubs before moving into non-league football. Also working as a scout at Ipswich Town.

Academy Lead Coaches - Karl Duguid, Michael Brothers, Pip Boyland and Ray Turner.
