I have been in the fitness industry for nearly 10 years now. I am a qualified personal trainer and sports nutritionist, and have dealt with a wide range of clients including weight/fat loss, body building and numerous athletes. I practise what I preach when it comes to training, and outside of the gym I play several sports and take part in long distance obstacle races. I have overcome serious illness, and in doing so have learnt a huge amount of knowledge when it comes to good health and nutrition, and it is this knowledge and my love for training that has seen my clients get great results!
