Fabulicious Baking School

At Fabulicious Baking School, we believe that hands-on classes and small groups are the best way to learn new baking and cake decorating skills. Our tutors will walk you through each of the recipes and techniques, giving you the confidence to make something really special and the skills you need to make everything again at home.
French patisserie, baking and cake decorating classes are perfect for children and adults.

Classes include:
French patisserie – Including crème pâtissier, ganache, specialised French cakes, macarons and croissants.
Baking – Including classic and celebration cakes, bread making and tarts.
Cupcakes – Including baking and decorating with scrumptious frosting.
Cake decorating – Including Royal icing, sugar paste, marzipan and chocolate.
Kids clubs - fun, creative and hands-on baking clubs for kids 3 years and above. Baking clubs run once a week for 2 hours after school and during the holidays maximum of 6 children in each class
Birthday parties - children can let their creativity run wild as they decorate 6 cupcakes each and we provide everything you’ll need: the cupcakes, decorating ingredients and equipment. We also provide a cake for the birthday child which the children can have fun decorating.
