All our rooms and houses are similar and have all been refurbished to a high standard with luxury kitchens and bathrooms, contemporary furnishings, wireless fibre optic broadband, weekly cleaner and gardener, tv and dvd in all rooms, metal frame beds with comfy mattresses, private driveways,landscaped gardens and just a stones throw away from local shops and ‘fastway’ 24hr bus service running to Gatwick Airport and the Manor Royal.

Exclusive rooms is run by myself: Jessica Marco-Wadey and my partner Kevin Shaw. We also have a team of trades and handy men who ensure the properties are kept to the highest standard and will fix any problems asap when needed.

All deposits taken are lodged and protected with the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme)

All bills are included excepts for the gas and electricity which come to around £25 per month.

We have a minimum contract of 3 months after its 6 weeks notice and we have no maximum contract.
