Exclusive Cheeses & Country Fayre

I started my cheese business in July 2014. I wanted to have good quality food products to sell. I trailed the internet for different suppliers and after about 3 months finally came upon the products that I now sell.

My cheeses come from all over the UK and I have some superb cheeses from Europe. I try to put on a new cheese each week and have also located cheeses for customers who could not find their favourite cheese locally.

To accompany the cheeses, we have Chutneys and Relishes handmade in Yorkshire. Full of flavour and are really delicious. Superb Jams and marmelades from the same company.

My pies and pastries - sausage rolls, pork pies, breakfast rolls, pasties, individual pies, family pies all come from a family run company in Somerset. I had contact with various companies and loads of samples sent and I finally decided on my Somerset Company. The meat pies and pasties do have meat in them!! Pork pies are very tasty - nothing like supermarket pork pies. Each product is handmade so not two pies look the same!!.

On the meat side, again, I had loads of samples from various companies sent to me. After much testing I decided on another family run company from Fowey in Cornwall. Dry cured bacon, either smoked or unsmoked and sausages with many different flavours to choose from.

Last year we were on holiday in Kent. We were at a farmers market and came across our next product. Kent Crisps as the name suggests are made in Kent. We tried them and Wow what flavours. Roast Beef and Spitfire Ale. Oyster and Vinegar to name but a few. There are 6 flavours altogether and they are gluten free and some of the flavours are suitable for vegetarians.
