Evolving You

Helen Courtney is a Self-realisation mentor, author of The Silent Sufferer and founder of Evolving You. She lives with her husband and two children in the UK. She is passionate about helping those who suffer in silence, through one-to-one consultations, online programs and group seminars. Her intention is to inspire, enlighten and enable people to break free of a life of limitation, so that they experience a freedom based life. Her inspirational work earned her the title of ‘Best Healer’ in the 2015 Health and Happiness magazine awards.
