Evolvere Associates Ltd is headed by Kevin Frisby. Kevin spent almost 30 years in the Royal Air Force within the HR branch, specialising in Learning and Development in his final 5 years. Realising he had a passion for the L&D field, as well as a real skill for designing and delivering fun and interactive programmes, Kevin decided to leave the RAF and was successfully employed by a London based Sports/Leisure Management company called Fusion Lifestyle.

At Fusion, Kevin developed a Leadership and Management Development programme for various levels of management within the business. The programme was so successful that within the first 12 months of being delivered it was a finalist in the UKActive2015 awards and contributed to Fusion Lifestyle winning 'large employer of the year for training' with UK Active.

Evolvere Associates Ltd exists to meet local business training needs; no job too small, or too large.
