How Mindfulness Works

ABOUT EVERYDAY MINDFULNESS COURSES

Everyday Mindfulness Courses are run by husband and wife team Eva Ruijgrok-Lupton and Dan Lupton. Together we have more than 50 years meditation experience, and have been teaching mainstream mindfulness since 2008. We have taught over a 1000 people, and regularly teach fundraising drop-in classes for charitable causes and offer free workshops for disadvantaged groups.

We provide a wide range of courses in Mindfulness and Mindful Self-Compassion, from introductory workshops for beginners, courses for groups and individuals, distant learning courses, fortnightly drop-in sessions, follow-up workshops and courses to deepen practice, as well as bespoke trainings for organisations.
